FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do parts need to be dry before curing with the Form Cure L?

Yes — wash and fully dry parts first. Residual solvent trapped inside can prevent proper curing or cause defects.

How do I choose the right time and temperature settings for the Form Cure L?

Use the pre-programmed resin profiles on the touchscreen. For unusual geometries (very thick, thin, or dense parts), you might need to adjust settings upward.

What is the maximum size of a part I can cure using the Form Cure L?

The curing chamber supports parts up to about 39.5 cm diameter and 32 cm height on the turntable.

How often should I clean and maintain internal surfaces for the Form Cure L?

Regularly. Clean the chamber, light diffusers, door, and turntable every 1-3 months (depending on how heavily used), especially if there’s debris or cured resin accumulating.

What safety / environmental setup is needed for operation of the Form Cure L?

  • Put the Cure L in a dry, indoor space. Keep clearances so no walls or combustible materials are too close.
  • Ensure proper electrical supply (NA vs EU voltage).
  • Use gloves/eye protection as surfaces and parts can get hot during curing.
