INTAMSYS Filaments

INTAMSYS ABS is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) filament designed for FFF 3D printing. It delivers high print quality, strong mechanical strength, and reliable heat resistance, while maintaining moderate print temperatures and reduced warping for consistent results.

INTAMSYS SP5000 is a support filament developed for high-temperature materials such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, and PPSU. It maintains rigidity during printing, then softens when immersed in ethyl acetate, allowing for easy removal.

INTAMSYS PEKK is a high-performance polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) thermoplastic with a highly stable chemical backbone. Its semi-crystalline solid-state structure delivers an exceptional balance of mechanical strength, thermal stability, chemical resistance, and fire resistance, making it ideal for demanding engineering applications.

PEI 1010 is a high-performance polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic that provides outstanding strength, thermal stability, and steam autoclave resistance. With excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and tensile strength, PEI 1010 is well-suited for aerospace, automotive, and other demanding applications.

INTAMSYS PEEK is a high-performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) thermoplastic with a semi-crystalline structure that provides exceptional strength, stiffness, and high heat resistance. Its strong chemical resistance makes it well-suited for sterilization, medical use, and food-contact applications in demanding environments.

INTAMSYS PC is a high-performance polycarbonate filament engineered for FFF 3D printing. It delivers excellent print quality, mechanical strength, and heat resistance, along with outstanding impact strength and fracture toughness—making it an ideal material for demanding engineering applications.

INTAMSYS ASA is an acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA) filament engineered for FFF 3D printing. As an alternative to ABS, it offers superior weather and UV resistance while maintaining excellent mechanical properties—making it ideal for real-world, outdoor, and long-term applications.

PA6/66 is a copolymer of PA6 and PA66 offering high rigidity, strength, and impact resistance, making it versatile for many engineering applications. With a low coefficient of friction, it’s also ideal for ergonomic tools and moving components.

INTAMSYS HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) is a 3D printing material known for excellent print quality, strong impact resistance, and low water absorption. It also serves as a reliable breakaway support material for ABS, ASA, and PC.

INTAMSYS® TPU is a highly flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament that delivers excellent print quality, strong elasticity, and a high strain-to-failure.

INTAMSYS® ABS-HS is an Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) filament engineered for FFF 3D printing. Designed for speed, it delivers a melt index of 9–24 g, enabling up to 250% higher flow rates than standard ABS. The material combines excellent print quality, strong mechanical performance, and reliable heat resistance with moderate printing temperatures and outstanding warping resistance.

INTAMSYS SP5080 is a breakaway support material engineered for use with PEI 1010 and PPSU. It offers strong adhesion and excellent heat resistance during printing, yet can be easily removed by hand after printing for efficient post-processing.
