INTAMSYS Filaments

INTAMSYS ABS is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) filament designed for FFF 3D printing. It delivers high print quality, strong mechanical strength, and reliable heat resistance, while maintaining moderate print temperatures and reduced warping for consistent results.

INTAMSYS® TPU is a highly flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament that delivers excellent print quality, strong elasticity, and a high strain-to-failure.

PA6/66 is a copolymer of PA6 and PA66 offering high rigidity, strength, and impact resistance, making it versatile for many engineering applications. With a low coefficient of friction, it’s also ideal for ergonomic tools and moving components.

INTAMSYS® ABS-HS is an Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) filament engineered for FFF 3D printing. Designed for speed, it delivers a melt index of 9–24 g, enabling up to 250% higher flow rates than standard ABS. The material combines excellent print quality, strong mechanical performance, and reliable heat resistance with moderate printing temperatures and outstanding warping resistance.

INTAMSYS SP5080 is a breakaway support material engineered for use with PEI 1010 and PPSU. It offers strong adhesion and excellent heat resistance during printing, yet can be easily removed by hand after printing for efficient post-processing.

INTAMSYS SP5040 is a breakaway support material specifically designed for use with PEI 9085.

INTAMSYS SP5010 is an easy breakaway support filament designed for PPA-CF/GF. It provides strong adhesion and heat resistance during printing while remaining simple to remove by hand after printing.

INTAMSYS SP5000 is a support filament developed for high-temperature materials such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, and PPSU. It maintains rigidity during printing, then softens when immersed in ethyl acetate, allowing for easy removal.

INTAMSYS SP3050 is a breakaway support material optimized for PA12 and PA12-CF. It maintains rigidity during printing yet is easily removed at room temperature, helping reduce post-processing time.

INTAMSYS SP3030 Support Filament is a water-dissolvable 3D printing support material compatible with INTAMSYS ABS+, PA6, and PA6-CF. Its solubility increases with higher water temperatures, making support removal faster and easier.

INTAMSYS PVA is a polyvinyl alcohol-based, water-dissolvable support material designed for use with PLA, TPU, and nylon filaments.

INTAMSYS PPSU is a high-performance amorphous thermoplastic (polyphenylsulfone) known for its impact strength and chemical resistance. It performs reliably at temperatures up to 180 °C and offers superior hydrolysis resistance compared to other amorphous thermoplastics. PPSU also provides virtually unlimited steam sterilizability and resists most common acids and bases across a wide temperature range.
