Rigid 10K Resin is a heavily glass-filled, ultra-stiff material comparable to glass- and fiber-filled thermoplastics. It delivers a smooth, matte, polished surface finish and offers excellent resistance to heat and chemicals.

Ideal for precision industrial applications, Rigid 10K Resin is well-suited for molds, jigs, dies, and other tooling used in injection molding, thermoforming, and blow molding. High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C at 0.45 MPa — the highest among Formlabs resins.

Silicone 40A Resin is the first accessible 100% silicone 3D printing material, powered by Formlabs’ patent-pending Pure Silicone Technology™. It eliminates the need for molding or labor-intensive casting, enabling fast in-house production of pure silicone parts in just hours.

With a 40A Shore durometer, 230% elongation at break, and 12 kN/m tear strength, this material produces soft, pliable, and durable parts that withstand repeated stretching, flexing, and compression.

Flame Retardant Resin is a specialty material certified with a UL 94 Blue Card, designed for producing self-extinguishing, halogen-free parts with excellent flame, smoke, and toxicity (FST) performance. It enables easy 3D printing of flame-retardant, heat-resistant, stiff, and creep-resistant components that maintain long-term reliability in demanding indoor and industrial environments exposed to high heat or ignition sources.

This resin meets key standards, including UL 94 V-0 at 3 mm thickness (flammability), FAR 25.853 Appendix F, Part I (flammability), and ASTM E662 (FST).

ESD Resin is a specialty material for creating custom ESD-safe prototypes and production tooling that boost efficiency and improve yield in electronics manufacturing. Printed parts are static-dissipative with high modulus and impact strength comparable to ABS.

Use ESD Resin to prototype and validate electronics workflows, produce dust- and powder-repelling components, and print enclosures that protect sensitive electronics from static discharge.
