Nylon 12 Powder is a versatile, biocompatible material known for its fine detail resolution and excellent dimensional accuracy. Widely used in SLS 3D printing, it supports both functional prototyping and end-use production of complex, durable parts with strong environmental stability.

White Resin is a versatile material for general-purpose prototyping, design, and detailed models. It produces opaque, matte parts with crisp detail that are ready to use right off the printer. Its neutral undertone also makes it an excellent base for painting or additional finishing.

Black Resin is a versatile material ideal for general-purpose prototyping, design, and models with fine details. ESD Resin is a specialty material for creating custom ESD-safe prototypes and production tooling that boost efficiency and improve yield in electronics manufacturing. Printed parts are static-dissipative with high modulus and impact strength comparable to ABS.

Use ESD Resin to prototype and validate electronics workflows, produce dust- and powder-repelling components, and print enclosures that protect sensitive electronics from static discharge.

Fast Model Resin is Formlabs fastest printing material, reaching speeds over 100 mm per hour. It allows dental models to be produced in minutes and large prototypes in under two hours.

Clear Resin is a remarkably transparent and color-neutral 3D printing material, designed to deliver quick printing speeds, precise results, excellent transparency, robust physical properties, and a straightforward, dependable printing process.

This resin allows for the production of parts that are highly transparent and colorless, which can then be polished to achieve a clarity close to that of optical-grade materials. Expect parts with both strength and stiffness, featuring a smooth surface that can rival that of acrylic.

Grey Pro Resin is a tough, heat-resistant material with low creep, offering greater elongation and improved toughness compared to Formlabs General Purpose Resins. It is a versatile option for concept models, looks-like prototypes, and functional prototypes that require demanding hands-on testing.

Tough 2000 Resin V2 is a strong, stiff material similar to ABS, offering excellent toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance. It performs well in heavy-duty applications, producing functional prototypes and end-use parts that resist cracking, deformation, and long-term wear.

With 79% elongation at break and a 70 °C HDT, parts stay durable under mechanical and environmental stress. The updated, darker matte formulation improves detail and overall appearance.

Built for the Form 4 Series, Tough 2000 Resin V2 delivers 3× higher fracture toughness along with better temperature resistance, longevity, and aesthetics than the previous version.

Tough 1000 Resin is a durable, impact-resistant material with strength, stiffness, and toughness comparable to HDPE. It offers exceptional wear and fatigue resistance for long-term use.

With 180% elongation at break and 128 in-lb Gardner impact strength, it outperforms HDPE—perfect for parts that flex or deform without cracking. Its matte dark gray finish provides smooth, low-friction surfaces.

Optimized for the Form 4 Series, Tough 1000 Resin delivers 5× higher fracture toughness and 2× greater elongation than Durable Resin, along with improved temperature and aging resistance.
