Optimized for the Form 4 Series, Tough 1000 Resin delivers 5× higher fracture toughness and 2× greater elongation than Durable Resin, along with improved temperature and aging resistance.

True Cast Resin is a wax-filled material created for precision casting, capable of producing everything from intricate jewelry to complex engineering components up to 5 mm thick. It delivers accurate parts with exceptional detail and smooth surface quality.

Engineered for reliability and versatility, True Cast Resin integrates seamlessly into a wide range of burnout schedules. Its low thermal expansion, minimal shrinkage, and 0.03% ash content ensure clean burnout and consistently high-quality casting results.

For ultrafine wire filigree and lightweight jewelry, Castable Wax Resin is recommended. For larger and more demanding engineering components, Clear Cast Resin offers the best solution.

Surgical Guide Resin is an autoclavable, biocompatible material designed for 3D printing surgical guides, drilling templates, pilot drill guides, and device sizing models. It delivers the accuracy, quality, and performance required for dental and surgical applications.

Clear Resin is a rigid material that can be polished to near-optical transparency, making it ideal for parts that work with light or highlight internal features. It’s well-suited for printing see-through models and devices, including prototype parts, LED housings, windows, fluidics, molds, optics, and lighting components.

Clear Resin V4.1, compatible with Form 3 Series printers, produces parts that are more color-neutral and transparent compared to Clear Resin V4.0.

Clear Cast Resin is engineered for investment casting, allowing direct printing of patterns ready for investment and casting. It delivers ultra-low thermal expansion, minimal ash, and is free of heavy metals.

Tough 1500 Resin is a resilient, skin-safe material with strength and stiffness similar to polypropylene (PP). It’s ideal for stiff, pliable parts that bend and spring back quickly, including prototypes, jigs, and fixtures that undergo repeated deflection.

Certified for skin contact, Tough 1500 Resin is also well-suited for wearables, PPE, and consumer products. To maintain skin-safe certification, all recommended post-processing conditions must be followed precisely.
