Fuse Blast Polishing Media is made of specially formulated plastic beads designed for the Fuse Blast system to produce smooth, semi-gloss, dye-ready SLS parts. Unlike abrasive or chemical methods, it compacts the surface for a clean finish.

Built for longevity, it lasts over a hundred Blast cycles and resists the breakdown common with glass media. Larger in size and propelled at higher pressures than standard glass media, it ensures consistent, high-quality results.

For use with the Fuse Blast Polishing System.

The Fuse Blast Polishing Agent conditions the Polishing Media to improve finish quality and prevent clogging. This liquid solution is diluted with water in the Polishing Module tank—7mL mixed with 750mL of water lasts about 6 hours of blasting.

With 4× more UV power, 5× faster heat-up times, and a 1.3× larger chamber, it cures Form 4/B prints in as little as 60 seconds. Choose from 45+ validated material presets or customize settings to meet your needs.

Post-curing finalizes the chemical process, improving part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and surface quality. It also ensures biocompatible materials meet required regulatory standards.
