Grey Resin is a versatile material ideal for general-purpose prototyping, design models, and parts with fine details. Its matte surface finish, opaque appearance, and precision make prints ready to use directly off the printer. The neutral grey tone also provides an excellent base for painting or additional finishing.

Grey Resin V4.1, compatible with Form 3 Series printers, offers improved toughness compared to Grey Resin V4 (Legacy).

INTAMSYS PPS is an advanced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filament engineered for FFF 3D printing. As a semi-crystalline, high-temperature engineering thermoplastic, PPS offers exceptional chemical resistance and strong mechanical performance, even under heat. With low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and superior electrical properties, it’s well-suited for demanding industrial applications.

INTAM™ PPA-GF is a polyphthalamide (PPA) filament reinforced with 15% chopped glass fiber for FDM printing. PPA, a semi-crystalline aromatic polyamide, offers greater strength, stiffness, and thermal performance than nylon 6, with lower moisture sensitivity. It also provides excellent chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance.

INTAM™ PPA-CF is a polyphthalamide (PPA) filament reinforced with 15% chopped carbon fiber for FDM printing. As a semi-crystalline aromatic polyamide, PPA provides greater strength, stiffness, and thermal resistance than nylon 6, while being less sensitive to moisture. It also offers excellent chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance.

INTAMSYS SP5080 is a breakaway support material engineered for use with PEI 1010 and PPSU. It offers strong adhesion and excellent heat resistance during printing, yet can be easily removed by hand after printing for efficient post-processing.

INTAMSYS SP5040 is a breakaway support material specifically designed for use with PEI 9085.

INTAMSYS SP5010 is an easy breakaway support filament designed for PPA-CF/GF. It provides strong adhesion and heat resistance during printing while remaining simple to remove by hand after printing.

INTAMSYS SP5000 is a support filament developed for high-temperature materials such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, and PPSU. It maintains rigidity during printing, then softens when immersed in ethyl acetate, allowing for easy removal.

INTAMSYS SP3050 is a breakaway support material optimized for PA12 and PA12-CF. It maintains rigidity during printing yet is easily removed at room temperature, helping reduce post-processing time.

INTAMSYS SP3030 Support Filament is a water-dissolvable 3D printing support material compatible with INTAMSYS ABS+, PA6, and PA6-CF. Its solubility increases with higher water temperatures, making support removal faster and easier.
