INTAM™ PPA-CF is a polyphthalamide (PPA) filament reinforced with 15% chopped carbon fiber for FDM printing. As a semi-crystalline aromatic polyamide, PPA provides greater strength, stiffness, and thermal resistance than nylon 6, while being less sensitive to moisture. It also offers excellent chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, and creep resistance.

INTAMSYS SP5080 is a breakaway support material engineered for use with PEI 1010 and PPSU. It offers strong adhesion and excellent heat resistance during printing, yet can be easily removed by hand after printing for efficient post-processing.

INTAMSYS SP5040 is a breakaway support material specifically designed for use with PEI 9085.

INTAMSYS SP3050 is a breakaway support material optimized for PA12 and PA12-CF. It maintains rigidity during printing yet is easily removed at room temperature, helping reduce post-processing time.

INTAMSYS SP3030 Support Filament is a water-dissolvable 3D printing support material compatible with INTAMSYS ABS+, PA6, and PA6-CF. Its solubility increases with higher water temperatures, making support removal faster and easier.

INTAMSYS PVA is a polyvinyl alcohol-based, water-dissolvable support material designed for use with PLA, TPU, and nylon filaments.

INTAMSYS PPSU is a high-performance amorphous thermoplastic (polyphenylsulfone) known for its impact strength and chemical resistance. It performs reliably at temperatures up to 180 °C and offers superior hydrolysis resistance compared to other amorphous thermoplastics. PPSU also provides virtually unlimited steam sterilizability and resists most common acids and bases across a wide temperature range.

INTAMSYS PLA is a polylactic acid-based 3D printing material offering excellent print quality and mechanical performance. It delivers higher impact resistance than standard PLA and superior overall properties compared to ABS.

PEI 9085 is a flame-retardant, high-performance polyetherimide (PEI) blend designed for demanding applications. With an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and certified FST (flame, smoke, and toxicity) performance, it is widely used in the transportation industry.

INTAMSYS PEEK-GF is a high-performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) thermoplastic reinforced with glass fiber. This formulation provides exceptional stiffness and excellent heat resistance, making it well-suited for demanding industrial applications.

INTAMSYS PC-PBT is a polycarbonate/polybutylene terephthalate (PC/PBT) polymer blend engineered for FFF 3D printing. This thermoplastic alloy delivers good heat resistance, toughness at low temperatures (-20 °C to -30 °C), and strong chemical resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications.

INTAMSYS PC-FR is a polycarbonate-based filament that achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy while delivering excellent toughness, strength, and heat resistance. Its advanced properties make it ideal for demanding applications in the automotive, railway, and aerospace industries.
