Nylon 12 GF Powder is a glass-filled, biocompatible material that provides superior stiffness and heat resistance for demanding industrial environments. It is well-suited for producing rigid functional prototypes and end-use parts where structural strength and thermal stability are essential.

For ductile, robust parts, Nylon 11 Powder is our higher performance, bio-based nylon material for functional prototyping and small batch production. Nylon 11 Powder is suitable for printing parts that need to bend or take impact.

For best results, print using the Fuse 1+ 30W and optional inert atmospheric control.

Nylon 11 CF Powder is a carbon fiber-filled material, perfect for applications that require both superior stiffness and strength. Produce lightweight, rigid parts that remain structurally and thermally stable and can sustain repeated impact.

Nylon 11 CF Powder requires to be printed on Fuse 1+ 30W with inert atmospheric control.

Model Resin is a fast-printing material designed for high-accuracy restorative models. Developed to meet the precision, reliability, and throughput demands of restorative dentistry, it enables the production of accurate models and dies with sharp margins and contacts—delivering high-quality results on tight timelines.

Model Resin V3 is compatible with Form 2 and Form 3 Series printers. For the Form 4 Series, choose Precision Model Resin for superior accuracy, up to 3× faster print speeds, and enhanced aesthetics.

An optional Fit Tuning Test on Form 3, Form 3B, and Form 3B+ makes it possible to fine-tune dimensional fit for specific use cases.

High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C at 0.45 MPa — the highest among Formlabs resins.

It is ideal for producing detailed, precise prototypes and end-use parts that demand exceptional thermal stability, including molds and inserts, components exposed to hot air, gas, or fluid flow, as well as heat-resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures.

Grey Resin is a versatile material ideal for general-purpose prototyping, design models, and parts with fine details. Its matte surface finish, opaque appearance, and precision make prints ready to use directly off the printer. The neutral grey tone also provides an excellent base for painting or additional finishing.

Grey Resin V4.1, compatible with Form 3 Series printers, offers improved toughness compared to Grey Resin V4 (Legacy).

Flexible 80A Resin is a translucent elastomer with an 80A Shore durometer, offering a stiff yet soft-touch feel. It’s ideal for prototyping rubber-like parts with the flexibility of harder rubber or TPU.

Printed parts can endure bending, flexing, and compression, maintaining performance even after repeated cycles.

Flame Retardant Resin is a specialty material certified with a UL 94 Blue Card, designed for producing self-extinguishing, halogen-free parts with excellent flame, smoke, and toxicity (FST) performance. It enables easy 3D printing of flame-retardant, heat-resistant, stiff, and creep-resistant components that maintain long-term reliability in demanding indoor and industrial environments exposed to high heat or ignition sources.

This resin meets key standards, including UL 94 V-0 at 3 mm thickness (flammability), FAR 25.853 Appendix F, Part I (flammability), and ASTM E662 (FST).

Elastic 50A Resin V2 is a soft, translucent elastomer with a 50A Shore durometer, ideal for prototyping parts usually made from silicone or very soft rubber.

Printed parts can bend, stretch, and compress repeatedly without tearing, reliably returning to their original shape after each cycle.

Durable Resin is a pliable, impact-resistant material designed for squeezable parts and low-friction assemblies. Printed parts are tough, smooth, and resistant to wear, with strength and stiffness comparable to polyethylene (PE) and a coefficient of friction similar to Delrin® (POM).

Use Durable Resin for squeezable prototypes, low-friction assemblies, and jigs or fixtures that must withstand repeated impacts.

Draft Resin prints up to four times faster than Formlabs’ General Purpose Resins on Form 3 Series printers, making it ideal for early prototypes, rapid design iterations, and orthodontic models for thermoforming clear aligners and retainers. Printed parts feature a smooth grey finish with high accuracy.

Choose 200-micron settings for maximum speed or 100-micron settings for models requiring finer detail.
