Form 4 is a blazing fast masked SLA 3D printer that combines an industry-leading materials library with a reliable, accurate print engine. With tight tolerances, parts printed in every resin on Form 4 will match your design parameters, every time.

All SLA 3D printed parts need to be washed to remove excess resin. The Form Wash L automates this step, delivering consistently smooth, clean, and high-quality results.

After the wash cycle, parts are automatically lifted out of the solvent to air dry, preventing over-soaking and reducing the risk of warped prints. A built-in solvent monitor ensures optimal cleaning performance by alerting you when it’s time for a solvent change.

Form Wash L is compatible with all Formlabs SLA 3D printers. With the included build platform adapter, you can wash one Form 3L build platform or two Form 3 build platforms at the same time.

The Form Cure L V2 uses precise heat and 405 nm light to produce tough, high-strength parts with excellent speed and consistency. It can post-cure large Form 4L/BL prints in as little as 60 seconds, providing 5x more UV power, faster heat-up times, a 26% smaller footprint than the previous model, and capacity for parts up to 19% larger. Choose a validated preset for any of Formlabs’ 45+ materials or adjust time and temperature for custom needs.

Post-curing finishes the chemical reaction started during printing, improving strength, toughness, heat resistance, creep resistance, and surface hardness.

For biocompatible materials, post-curing is required to meet regulatory safety standards.

The Resin Tank LT is built for high-volume production and provides a longer lifetime with select Formlabs resins—lasting at least twice as long as the standard tank with many materials.

Material compatibility:

• Required: Tough 2000, Tough 1500, Grey Pro, Rigid, Elastic 50A (new tank recommended every 1–2 L).

• Recommended: Castable Wax, Denture Base, Denture Teeth.

• Compatible: Standard Resins, Dental Resins, Durable, Tough, High Temp, Flexible, Castable.

• Not compatible: Ceramic.

Form Cure V2 delivers fast, high-performance post-curing with a powerful combination of heat and 405 nm light. With 4× more UV power, 5× faster heat-up times, and a 1.3× larger chamber, it cures Form 4/B prints in as little as 60 seconds. Choose from 45+ validated material presets or customize settings to meet your needs.

Post-curing finalizes the chemical process, improving part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and surface quality. It also ensures biocompatible materials meet required regulatory standards.

Spare build platforms keep your workflow moving by enabling nonstop printing—start a new job while post-processing the last. The Form 3L Build Platform is designed to support full-size prints and features dual side handles for easy transport of finished parts.

Compatible with Form 3L and Form 3BL.

The Stainless Steel Build Platform is crafted from surgical-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, offering a seamless, professional design with reliable print performance.

It is required for Permanent Crown and Temporary CB Resins and is compatible with all Formlabs resins.

For ductile, robust parts, Nylon 11 Powder is our higher performance, bio-based nylon material for functional prototyping and small batch production. Nylon 11 Powder is suitable for printing parts that need to bend or take impact.

For best results, print using the Fuse 1+ 30W and optional inert atmospheric control.
