The Resin Tank LT is built for high-volume production and provides a longer lifetime with select Formlabs resins—lasting at least twice as long as the standard tank with many materials.

Material compatibility:

• Required: Tough 2000, Tough 1500, Grey Pro, Rigid, Elastic 50A (new tank recommended every 1–2 L).

• Recommended: Castable Wax, Denture Base, Denture Teeth.

• Compatible: Standard Resins, Dental Resins, Durable, Tough, High Temp, Flexible, Castable.

• Not compatible: Ceramic.

Castable Wax 40 Resin is a 40% wax-filled material designed for effortless 3D printing and casting of complex, highly detailed designs—from delicate bridal jewelry to larger, more demanding pieces. It accommodates a wide range of casting conditions and gypsum investments, offering low expansion and clean burnout for reliable results.

IMPORTANT: 5 L Container Requires a Resin Pump to work.

The Color Kit is the first integrated color mixing system for resin 3D printing, allowing you to create parts in a wide range of colors—without the need for manual finishing, dyeing, or painting.

The Stainless Steel Build Platform is crafted from surgical-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, offering a seamless, professional design with reliable print performance.

It is required for Permanent Crown and Temporary CB Resins and is compatible with all Formlabs resins.

For ductile, robust parts, Nylon 11 Powder is our higher performance, bio-based nylon material for functional prototyping and small batch production. Nylon 11 Powder is suitable for printing parts that need to bend or take impact.

For best results, print using the Fuse 1+ 30W and optional inert atmospheric control.

Streamline your workflow by transferring modular powder cartridges and build chambers seamlessly between the Fuse 1 Series printer and the Fuse Sift, enabling continuous, cyclical production.

Use the powder cartridge to load material from the Fuse Sift—Formlabs powder recovery system—directly into the SLS printer’s hopper. It also serves as a convenient mixing vessel for blending fresh and reclaimed powder.

Minimize downtime by transferring modular build chambers and powder cartridges between Fuse 1 generation printers and the Fuse Sift, enabling a continuous workflow.

Each Fuse 1 generation printer includes one build chamber. Adding an extra chamber lets you start a new print immediately after the last job finishes. Once a print is complete, simply move the chamber to the Fuse Sift for cooling, part extraction, and material recovery.
