Low Force Stereolithography (LFS)™ 3D printing uses linear illumination and a flexible film tank to turn liquid resin into flawless parts. Built for the Form 4 Series, Tough 2000 Resin V2 delivers 3× higher fracture toughness along with better temperature resistance, longevity, and aesthetics than the previous version.

Tough 1000 Resin is a durable, impact-resistant material with strength, stiffness, and toughness comparable to HDPE. It offers exceptional wear and fatigue resistance for long-term use.

With 180% elongation at break and 128 in-lb Gardner impact strength, it outperforms HDPE—perfect for parts that flex or deform without cracking. Its matte dark gray finish provides smooth, low-friction surfaces.

Optimized for the Form 4 Series, Tough 1000 Resin delivers 5× higher fracture toughness and 2× greater elongation than Durable Resin, along with improved temperature and aging resistance.

Fuse Blast Polishing Media is made of specially formulated plastic beads designed for the Fuse Blast system to produce smooth, semi-gloss, dye-ready SLS parts. Unlike abrasive or chemical methods, it compacts the surface for a clean finish.

Built for longevity, it lasts over a hundred Blast cycles and resists the breakdown common with glass media. Larger in size and propelled at higher pressures than standard glass media, it ensures consistent, high-quality results.
