Elastic 50A Resin V2 is a soft, translucent elastomer with a 50A Shore durometer, ideal for prototyping parts usually made from silicone or very soft rubber.

Printed parts can bend, stretch, and compress repeatedly without tearing, reliably returning to their original shape after each cycle.

Rigid 4000 Resin is a glass-filled material that delivers precision and stiffness comparable to PEEK and PEKK thermoplastics. It produces parts with a smooth, matte, polished finish and offers excellent resistance to heat and chemicals.

Ideal for engineering-grade prototypes, load-bearing components, and industrial applications, Rigid 4000 Resin provides the strength and rigidity needed to withstand heavy use without bending.

High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C at 0.45 MPa — the highest among Formlabs resins.

Certified for skin contact, Tough 1500 Resin is also well-suited for wearables, PPE, and consumer products. To maintain skin-safe certification, all recommended post-processing conditions must be followed precisely.

Flexible 80A Resin is a translucent elastomer with an 80A Shore durometer, offering a stiff yet soft-touch feel. It’s ideal for prototyping rubber-like parts with the flexibility of harder rubber or TPU.

Printed parts can endure bending, flexing, and compression, maintaining performance even after repeated cycles.

Durable Resin is a pliable, impact-resistant material designed for squeezable parts and low-friction assemblies. Printed parts are tough, smooth, and resistant to wear, with strength and stiffness comparable to polyethylene (PE) and a coefficient of friction similar to Delrin® (POM).

Use Durable Resin for squeezable prototypes, low-friction assemblies, and jigs or fixtures that must withstand repeated impacts.
